The two-day conference offered up-to-date presentations and discussions on the major issues faced by UK legal practitioners (professionals). 

Delegates appreciated the views of Patricia Godfrey from Nabarro on the strengths and weaknesses of the pre-packs and their valuation. Conrad Levy’s presentation on hedge fund insolvency led to a lively discussion and the retail banking panel session with John Peachey, Barclays Corporate and Richard Mayall, Lloyds TSB created a candid discussion on the present and future role of the retail banks in turnarounds.
